| Art | The sculpture of the Brahma is standing on a base. The left shin and the lower right hand are missing. All four faces are square in shape. The eyebrows are sharp and nearly straight and the eyes are widely open. The noses are big. The mouths are protruding. The mustache and visible beard were latched from the temples. The beard around the chin is pointed like the one on the sideburns; these are similar to the characteristics of the sculpture in Khmer Arts, Bakaeng style. Neither the large front visor nor the bun in a cone style are decorated. The upper part of the body is bare. There are four hands. The bottom part wears shorts with the hem in the center. There is a cloth belt around the hips area. The tip of the belt is above the groin. This is similar to Khmer Arts, Bakaeng style but there are no stripes on the clothing of this Brahma; the stripes are found in Khmer Arts, Bakaeng style. |
