Religion and belief | Vishanu always has four arms holding a discus, a conch shell, a club and earthe and is the king of the universe. It is possible that the pediment shows that this Prasat was built for Vishanu, which was far less that those of Shiva. |
Related artwork | On this pediment, there is Vishanu sitting on Anatanakaraj, his throne when he sleeps on the milk sea. However, he sits on this pediment. For the four arms, three of his hands hold a discus, a conch shell, and a club, but the eart does not appear in the scene. |
