History of productionThis mosque was established in Kuala Kangsar, capital city of Perak dynasty by Arthur Benison Hubback, the British architect who design Ipoh city. The mosque was established in 1917 in the reign of Sultan Idris Murshidul’ Azham Shah, the 28th sultan of Perak dynasty.
ArtMasjid Ubudiyah is said to be the most beautiful mosque in Malaysia. With the octagonal centralize plan covered with huge dome and Indian tower on 4 sides. This mosque also has huge buttress on eight corner of this octagonal structure.
