The overall elements of this are in Classic style like pediments, arches and Doric pillars. However, this building has a strange-looking design with the porch on the oblique axis which is a gimmick that makes this building interesting.

The overall elements of this building are in classic style; for example, the pediment, arch and Doric pillar with the dome cover the central porch. However, this building has a strange-looking design on the pediment which make the central pediment and the side pediments to be different. The details of the upper and lower floors which are different from each other, as well.

Perak State Museum has the interesting design because it borrows the Christian church’s façade and uses it as the corner building of the museum. The museum have Palladium plan with the façade that have the pediment flanked with 2 tower which show the progress of the architect who didn’t strict their mind with the limit between religious buildings and government buildings.

The clock tower shows the element of the Gothic style’s tower with the spire and the Classic-styled elements such as the arch supported with the pillars or the triangular pediment. The tower separates into 3 parts. The bottom part that is slanted to match with the junction corner. The middle part for observation uses the element of Classic style and pointed roof of Gothic styles with the clock. The clock tower was once closed to the fortress-like structure that was already dismantled.

The wooden church is similar to the countryside buildings in Europe. The church with the Latin-cross plan has a double roof with the wooden partition on the side wall that can be opened. There are small bell tower and rose window in front which are the regular format of the church. The stained glass was added in 1911 give the magnificent view for this church.
