History of production | This chedi was built in the sleeping chamber area of King Mangrai. The form that appears today is likely to have been restored by Phaya Saen Luang around 1571 and additional restore were made in the early 22nd Buddhist Century and in the Rattanakosin period. |

Art | This chedi is a castle shaped chedi. It has flat base, surrounding elephants base with fifteen elephant sculpture, clockwise yard with stairway on the east. The ruenthat has decorated three arches on each side, for a total of twelve arches with stucco pattern. The middle arch is a double arch. The top of the roof is a two level slope in the recess plan. There are three layers base supporting the bell in octagonal plan. The bell is in the circular plan with the throne in corner increment plan, cylinders, spire and the top. |
