The mosque mixes the Indian Mughal style with the Spanish Moorish style. The plan of this structure has 3 domes on the same axis and Chhatri on top of the tower which shows the Indian style. However, the color swap stones and continuous arches show the element of Moorish art.

The most remarkable element of this building is a clock tower with the dome covered with copper on top which made this building look outstanding. This tower is similar to the clock tower in London while other elements show the mixing influence between Spanish Moorish style and Gothic style such as the horseshoe arch and the arch with the gothic pillar in between on the upper level of the structure.

The elements of the structure show the mixing influences between the Spanish Moorish style and Indian Mughal style. This trend can be found in many British colonial buildings that have been redesigned the beautiful Islamic art under the name Indo-Sarasenic Style. The Moorish element such as the horseshoe arch and the color swap stone of Spain can be found with the Indian Chatris domes and towers.
